The National Assembly of Vietnam has recently approved a law to amend and supplement several articles in the Law on Foreigners’ Entry into, Exit from, and Residence in Vietnam. According to the revised law, the duration of an e-visa will be extended from 30 days to 90 days, with multiple entries to meet the needs of international travelers and create favorable conditions for foreigners.
This news is particularly great for citizens of Moldova, as Vietnam currently offers e-visas to the citizens of 80 countries and territories, including Moldova. From August 15, 2023, Vietnam will grant a 90-day e-visa validity for Moldovans. This will give Moldovan citizens more time to explore the wonders of Vietnam without having to worry about visa extension or expiration.
