As of August 15, 2023, the Vietnamese National Assembly has approved the government’s proposal to amend and supplement several articles of the Law of Foreigners’ Entry into, Exit from, Transit through, and Residence in Vietnam. Under the amendments, Vietnam will extend the validity of e-visas granted to foreigners entering the country to 90 days from no more than 30 days for single entry or multiple entries.
