Step 1: Apply for an entry letter

• To apply for an entry letter, the guarantee company will prepare the following documents:

• Certified copy of Business Registration Certificate
• Form of Official Letter of Entry for Foreigners (Form NA2)
• Application form to introduce the signature and seal of the guarantee company (Form NA16)
• Copy of Foreigner’s Passport (Copy)
• Letter of the introduction of the person submitting the application
• Other documents upon request.

• After that, the guarantee company will go to the Vietnam Immigration Department to apply for entry officially.
• After being granted an entry guarantee letter, the guarantee company will scan it and send it to the guarantor.

Step 2: Stamp commercial visa

• After receiving the letter of guarantee for entry, the sponsored person will print this document.
• Visa stamping:

• If the official letter states that the visa stamp is stamped at the Vietnamese Embassy/Consulate abroad, the sponsored person will go to the Vietnamese Embassy/Consulate to stamp the visa before departing for Vietnam.
• If the visa stamp is stamped on the entry letter at the Vietnam airport, the guarantor will bring the official letter and passport and have the visa stamped at the Vietnam airport upon entry.
