Invitation Letter
It is assumed that you are being invited by an organization or business owner to carry out the business that is taking you there. It is a necessity that you have the invitation letter which you will present at the immigration office or embassy so that you can get the Vietnam visa cheap.
Valid Passport
Naturally, if you are traveling to another country, you need to have a passport. Vietnam is no different. Your passport should be valid for 6 months or more from the time that you enter into the country. If the passport will expire in less than 6 months, it would be advisable to have it renewed before you apply for the visa.
Empty Leaflets
If you have been traveling a lot, there is a possibility that your passport is almost full. You need to check and verify that you have at least two leaflets free where the stamp will be placed.
Money
You will be expected to be able to cover the cost of your visa. The Vietnam visa fee may vary according to how long you apply to stay for as well as if you get a multiple entry visa. Multiple entry visas are more expensive than the single-entry ones. You can apply for as many as 12 months stay. Also, note that there will be a stamp charge which is separate from the visa fee.

Application Process
If you are in Russia, you need to visit the embassy in your country. It is necessary to go with the business sponsor letter inviting you to the country for whatever reason. There will be a form to fill and some personal questions to answer. It is also at the embassy that you will be expected to pay for the visa.
When the application process is done, you will have to wait. The embassy may give you a date to check if the visa has been processed, you could wait anywhere from 5 to 10 business days before you get the visa.
