Step by Step Process of Applying For visa
Step 1: You have to fill the details related to your travel such as passport nationality, the purpose of visit, visa type, the port of entry, and more. At the end of the page, you have to choose “get visa by today or tomorrow” as per your need.
Step 2: Then, you will be asked to fill your personal details that are in your passport, that include your passport number, and email ID. Then you have to attach your softcopy photo and submit the online application by paying the Vietnam visa fee for Spain citizen.
Step 3: As per your suggestion, you approved visa will be sent to your mail within 2, 4 or 8 hours. You have to make it print for the visa verification process.
Step 4:
If you choose E-visa online option, picture of your passport information page and photo of your face are required. Also, you have to show your e-visa letter upon checking the passport control. E-visa is an actual visa issued electronically online by the Immigration Department of Vietnam. So, no need to stop at the “visa on arrival office” to pick up the visa, and no need to pay an extra fee on arrival.
If you choose visa on arrival online option, you have to pay the stamp fee (second set of Vietnam visa fee for Spain citizen) on arrival. Visa on arrival visa is a visa pre-approval letter granted by the Immigration Department of Vietnam. You have to stop at the “visa on arrival” office in the int’ l airport of Vietnam desk to pay for the visa stamping fee and pick up your visa before checking at the passport control.
