Taking a bus is the most common way to go to Ninh Binh. It will take you about 2 hours from Ha Noi. You can go to the bus stations such as Giap Bat station, My Dinh station, etc. and take a bus to Ninh Binh directly within only 90.000 – 100.000 VND (4 USD). There are many bus departing every half of hour from 6 AM to 12 AM, so you can directly book when you come to bus station. Make sure that you walk straight to the main building to buy ticket and avoid following any driver who convinces you to get on his vehicle

The ticket of this bus is a little more expensive than the traditional bus. Limousine bus just has enough seats for up to 10 people which are more comfortable than the traditional one.
