Airport Arrival Workflow
Exchange “Loose-leaf Visa”
Head to the VISA ON ARRIVAL counter. Present your E-visa paper to get the pink loose-leaf visa.
Clear Immigration
Go to ALL PASSPORTS lane. Hand over: Passport, Pink Visa, and PAI QR Code (Phone or Paper).
Baggage Claim
Once cleared, proceed to the luggage carousel area. Total time estimate: 15-20 mins with PAI.

I made a mistake on the form, what should I do?
Basic info like Name and Passport Number cannot be edited. Simply submit a new form. The system will recognize the latest submission via your passport number.
Is the 30-day Phu Quoc exemption still valid?
Yes, the visa exemption remains. However, the PAI declaration is mandatory for entry statistics regardless of your visa status.
Can I fill this out 1 month in advance?
No. The system only accepts declarations within 72 hours of your arrival time to ensure travel data remains current.
