The Physical Path
Traditional sticker visas via the Vietnam Embassy in Japan (Tokyo/Osaka). Ideal if you prefer direct consulate verification.

Emergency Protocol: Visa on Arrival
If flying within hours, obtain a “Digital Approval Letter” first. Present this at the VOA counter in Vietnam. Requires $25 USD cash stamping fee upon arrival.
