Are you preparing for your trip to Vietnam only to find your E-visa status stuck at “In Processing”? Or did you realize you forgot to apply for a visa right before boarding?
In 2026, Vietnam’s Immigration Department has implemented stricter review processes. Coupled with frequent public holidays, self-applications often face risks of delays. This guide provides the most up-to-date expedited solutions. Whether it is a weekend or a national holiday, we provide a “Guaranteed Issuance” urgent service to ensure you board your flight smoothly.
1. Why is my Vietnam E-visa stuck at “In Processing”?
Is your visa progress stalled? Check if you are facing any of the following situations:
- 📅 Miscalculated Working Days: Official processing does NOT include weekends or Vietnamese holidays! During peak seasons, it is safer to allow 7-10 days.
- ✍️ Incorrect Information: A single typo in your name spelling or passport number can lead to rejection or the need to re-apply.
- 📩 Missed Supplement Emails: The Immigration Department may request a “clearer photo” or “corrected data.” Check your spam folder; the waiting period restarts once you submit the supplements!
- ⚠️ Wrong Application Location: Are you already inside Vietnam? You cannot apply for an E-visa while inside the country; the system will automatically reject the application.
