Agreement between the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the Republic of Uganda on visa exemption for holders of diplomatic and official passports. The agreement signed on November 24, 2022 (not yet in effect):
- Visa exemption is granted for 90 days to holders of diplomatic, official, and special passports from the date of entry.
- Individuals who are citizens of either party and are members of their country’s diplomatic missions, consulates, or representatives at international organizations located in the territory of the other party, and hold diplomatic or official passports, must apply for a visa prior to entering the other party’s territory.
