Agreement between the Government of Vietnam and the Government of Pakistan on visa exemption for holders of diplomatic and official passports. Agreement signed on January 31, 2007, effective from March 2, 2007:
- Visa exemption is granted to holders of diplomatic and official passports for a maximum of 90 days. Temporary residence may be extended upon request of diplomatic missions and consulates.
- Holders of diplomatic passports or official passports who are members of diplomatic missions, consulates, or representative offices of international organizations and their family members (spouses and children under 18 years old) holding diplomatic passports or official passports are exempted from visa requirements during their working term. However, they must register their residence within 90 days from the date of entry.
