Agreement between the Governments of Vietnam and Bulgaria on visa exemption for holders of diplomatic and official passports (signed on July 7, 2010, effective from December 20, 2010)
- Visa exemption is granted to diplomatic and official passport holders for a stay of up to 90 days within 180 days from their first entry.
- Diplomatic missions, consular offices, or permanent delegations to international organizations located in the territory of the other Contracting Party and their family members (spouses, husbands, single children under 18 years old, adult children permanently incapacitated, single children under 25 years old studying at an educational institution of the receiving country) who hold diplomatic passports or official passports must obtain an entry visa before their first entry.
