During the session of the National Assembly of Vietnam (5th session – May – 2023), some leaked information about the policy of increasing the extension of Vietnam e-visa for foreigners has been submitted and is under review. This is considered a new step in the policy to create favorable conditions for foreigners to come to Vietnam in all aspects.
Until the morning of June 24, with 470/475 delegates (equivalent to 95.14% of the total number of delegates present) approving. The National Assembly voted to pass the Law amending and supplementing several articles of the Law on the Exit, and entry of Vietnamese citizens and the Law on entry, exit, transit, and residence of foreigners in Vietnam.
