The Embassy operates during the following hours: Monday – Friday: 09:00 – 17:00. Meanwhile, the Consular Office receives documents on Monday and Thursday: 09:30 – 12:00, or Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 09:00 – 12:00. The Returning Results Hours is 14.30 – 17.00 on any working day. The Embassy is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays in Vietnam and Korea. It also assists in special cases on a case-by-case basis. In the event of a death, the Embassy can be contacted anytime and will process the related documents accordingly.
