List of German Language Schools in Ho Chi Minh City

1. Bui Thi Xuan High School (Trường THPT Bùi Thị Xuân)

German classes have been held at Bui Thi Xuan High School since 2015. A total of 170 students in grades 10 and 11 are learning German.

2. Tran Dai Nghia High School (Trường THPT Chuyên Trần Đại Nghĩa)

From 2019, 10th grade students at Tran Dai Nghia High School for the Gifted will learn German. The number of students this time is taken from the result of entrance into grade 10 in German.

3. Marie Curie High School (Trường THPT Marie Curie)

According to a roadmap of cooperation with the German Higher School Education Commission (ZfA), in 2020, Marie Curie High School begins to enroll the first German class.

4. Le Quy Don Secondary and High School (Trường THCS và THPT Lê Quý Đôn)

Le Quy Don’s junior high and high school have been teaching German as a foreign language for a long time. At that time, German was chosen as a foreign language 2. Each class would have 4 lessons per week. Class size is only about 20 students for quality lessons.

5. German Literature Department – HCMC University of Social Sciences and Humanities ( Khoa Ngữ văn Đức – Trường Đại học Khoa học Xã hội và Nhân văn TP. HCM)

The Faculty of German Literature is the only unit within the system of public universities in the southern provinces to train the society a human resource with knowledge, solid foundation in German language and culture at the university level. have the proficiency in a profession upon completion of the program of study.

The goal of the school is to train a German bachelor with enough professional knowledge and skills to be able to work effectively in professional fields using German, to meet the requirements of society and of the economy in the integration process.
