There are other requirements that you are required to submit before they will give you a visa. Aside from the pre-approval letter, here are the things that you need to submit at the landing visa counter.
- Passport – just like with traveling to any country, you need to have your passport with you before you can be allowed to enter Vietnam. So make sure you have your passport and it should remain valid within six months of your date of entry to the country.
- Entry and exit form– this form will come with the pre-approval letter that will be sent to your email. Print this form and fill out ahead of time (Vietnamese-visa-application-form (Form NA1)).
- Passport-sized photos – you need to prepare 2 pieces of passport-sized photos because this is also required for your visa (Photo guide).
- Cash payment – there’s a stamping fee that you need to pay before you will be given the visa. They will only accept cash payment so you need to carry some USD cash with you or you can withdraw from an ATM and pay in Vietnam dong currency.
