So what are the requirements that you need to comply in order to be granted with the Vietnam e-visa? The requirements are similar to the standard requirements of visa application to some other countries.
For the application of your Vietnam e-visa, you will need the following:
- Japanese passport with at least 6 months of validity from the date of entry.
- Completely filled out form that you will find online.
- Passport-sized photos with a white background. Photo Guide.
- Scanned copy of your passport’s biographical page. Sample for passport’s bio page
- Payment for the processing fees. You can pay with your card or PayPal.
- Valid email address where the e-visa copy will be sent.
After about 3 – 5 business days, you will receive a notification on your email regarding your e-visa status. If it’s approved, you will be given a link to click where you can download your e-visa.
