In order to enter the Island without a visa, you should meet the below criteria.
- Your passport should be valid for six months from your date of arrival. If your passport expires within six months, renew it before the next vacation starts.
- You should fly from an international country to this Island. This applies to direct, and indirect flights were your final destination should be Phu Quoc Island.
- Your name is not on the wanted person list of Interpol.
- Your stay on the Island should be less than 30 days. You should also provide proof of your return ticket to be qualified for the visa extension stamp. To put it simple, without showing your return ticket that is booked within 30 days from your entry date, you cannot enter Vietnam.
- You must not have violated the immigration laws of Vietnam.
- You travel to the Phu Quoc Island by air or sea and not by land border.
