To claim your visa, head to the Landing Visa Counter in Noi Bai Airport as soon as you disembark from your flight. At the counter, submit the pre-approval letter and some other requirements. You’ll also be asked to fill out another visa application form. Also, you need to submit two passport-sized photos (Photo guide) so make sure you have this ready. After receiving the requirements, the immigration officer will ask you to wait while they process the visa.
When your visa is already available, they will call your name. So head back to the counter and get your passport. Check your passport and you will find the visa attached to one of its pages. Now go to Passport Control so you will be stamped for entry to Vietnam.
