- Fill out the application form and make a payment. Make sure you double-check the information you have entered on the form. Provide details about your trip, such as your date of arrival in Dalat and your exit date as well. You will also be asked to provide the name of the place where you’ll be staying in Dalat.
- After submitting the form, the agency will forward your information to the Immigration Department of Vietnam. After a few days, you’ll receive an email for the pre-approval letter. You’ll also be asked to print the visa application form. Together with the letter, bring the form with you on your trip to Dalat. Make sure you fill out the form completely.
- When you arrive at Dalat city Airport, follow the sign going to Landing Visa counter. It’s usually right beside Passport Control.
- At the counter, submit your passport, pre-approval letter, and the application form you have filled out. Wait on one side and wait for your name to be called.
- Once your visa is already available, the officer will call your name and give your passport back. You will also have to pay $25 for the stamping fee. They only accept cash and you can pay either in the US dollar or Vietnamese dong currency.
- Check your passport and you’ll find the Vietnam visa attached in it. Go to Passport Control and show your passport in order for you to be allowed entry into the country.
