1. First, go online and visit the official website for Vietnam visa on arrival. Then click the button that says, apply now. Then you will be prompted to fill out the application form that will pop up. Provide all the information needed. Before you submit the form, make sure you review everything to ensure that it’s correct.
2. After submitting the form, wait for 3 business days for an email. When they approve of your visa application, they will send you a pre-approval letter. This letter will state that your visa has been approved and that you’re going to receive it at Cam Ranh Airport. You can also show this at the airport check-in counter just in case the staff will ask you for a Vietnam visa.
3. Aside from the letter, you are required to submit some other requirements for the visa. So prepare them ahead before flying to Vietnam. These include passport-sized photos (Photo guide), visa application form (Vietnamese-visa-application-form (Form NA1)), and your passport. The visa application form will be sent together with the letter. Fill out the form in advance to save time. There’s also a $25 stamping fee that you need to pay. They will only accept cash for payment so bring some US dollars or you can withdraw at the ATM to get Vietnamese dong.
4. When you arrive at the Cam Ranh airport, proceed immediately to the landing visa counter, which is right across the Passport Control section. Submit all your requirements and wait on one side while they process your visa.

Once your visa is ready, they will call you back to the counter. The officer will return your passport and it already has the visa sticker. You can now proceed to passport control to be stamped for entry to Vietnam.
