Dalat has two cliffs, one at 11 meters while the second at 7 meters. With a successful jump from the first cliff, the second one is a piece of cake.
The Washing Machine
The washing machine is a special abseil challenge. The 10m high rappel requires nerves of steel for you to lower yourself down the cliff and hang freely above the strong waterfall. You free yourself and hit a gush of water which will cause you to spin, twirl and turn around violently the way a washing machine does. You then slide down a rock and let go of your rope before getting pushed underwater for seconds and later shot out into a calm swimming hole. This is where you lose your orientation once you hit the water and you have to let go trusting that you’ll be safe.
