The city of Hoi An oozes charm and beauty, and provides visitors a peaceful setting where you can relax and unwind. Thereâs in fact plenty of yoga studios here so whether youâre a beginner or have been practising for a longer time, youâll have lots of options. Whatâs also so lovely about Hoi An too is that itâs close to the beach, so you might even get the opportunity to practice yoga on the beach.

1. Nomad Yoga

Before yoga became popular in Hoi An, there was Nomad Yoga. Itâs in fact, first yoga centre in Hoi An, offering a variety of different classes for people of all experience and skill levels. They usually lasts up to 75 minutes and are offered six days per week, up to five times a day. You can practice meditation here too, and healing therapy sessions, spa treatments and workshops are also offered at Nomad Yoga. If you want to take yoga classes, they offer vinyasa, ashtanga, hatha and yin yoga. When you feel hungry, you can always go to their vegetarian restaurant and cafĂ© and enjoy a hearty meals with fellow yogis.
2. Annen Yoga & Vegetarian

As with Nomad Yoga, they also have a vegetarian restaurant in addition to their yoga studio. Their yoga classes are held next to the outdoor patio cafĂ©, tucked away from the noise from the main road. Itâs the perfect place if youâre craving silence. Itâs a very popular place so make sure to either make a reservation before or call Jyoti, the teacher, to see if the classes are fully booked. The classes lasts about 90 minutes and the classes are suitable for all levels.
3. Superfit Hoi An Fitness & Yoga

As the name says, itâs a fitness and yoga studio, which means thereâs excellent gym facilities here as well as several workout classes, including yoga. The good thing about the gym is that itâs usually never too crowded, which means that youâll have many of the workout machines and weights to yourself. You can also take Zumba, HIIT workouts and Abs class, which rotates on a weekly schedule.
4. Aerial Yoga by Avi

If you donât mind venturing a bit outside of Hoi An to attend a yoga class, you have to meet Avi. Aerial yoga might not be for everyone, but you have to try it to know it. Aerial yoga is a mixture of aerial arts and yoga. The classes are usually held by the beach, so you can both see the sunrise and do aerial yoga at the same time. It makes for quite an unforgettable memory. The classes are also held in English and the teacher is very observant and will give you lots of feedback. 5. Cham Yoga

Cham Yoga is a small yoga studio and only provides classes in Vietnamese. If you want to get a local Vietnamese yoga experience, this is the place for you. Itâs also one of the most budget-friendly studios in Hoi An. It might be a bit tricky to find to this place, since itâs in a residential area, but itâs easily accessibleby moped or bike. The classes run an hour long and is offered two times per day. The owner and teacher speaks very good English so you can also call on the phone.
